Hand Drill and Fill

If machine drill and fill isn't good enough for you, then this is hand drill and fill. These are 3 foot long drill bits removing the native soil in these 100 year old push-up greens at Pine Valley. The holes are then cleaned, re-opened with an alignment stake, then backfilled with straight sand. This process is done annually in all areas that require extra drainage or tend to hold water.
